About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will launch your outside sales career by selling our Staffing Services to customers in the Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Logistics industries. This is a dynamic, non-remote position where you will act as the "CEO" of your territory in Marysville and surrounding areas.
You will spend the majority of your day (approximately 65-75%) out in the field conducting in-person outreach, identifying leads, qualifying prospects, and creating sustainable business partnerships. You will present customized solutions that demonstrate a clear understanding of client needs, drive negotiations, and close new accounts while collaborating with our service team for delivery. You will enjoy the freedom to strategically plan your weekly field time and target specific areas, with the assurance that no other Elwood Representative will sell in your designated territory.
