About the Role

As a Sales Professional at Hendrick Chevrolet, you will be the face of our dealership, responsible for selling new and used vehicles while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role is more than just meeting sales goals; it is about building lasting relationships. You will greet customers, understand their unique needs, and guide them through the entire purchasing journey—from exploring vehicle features and taking demonstration drives to finalizing paperwork and arranging delivery.

Your day will involve engaging in business development, addressing customer concerns with empathy, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. You will represent our Core Values in every interaction, demonstrating a passion for winning and a commitment to continuous improvement. Whether you are working indoors in the showroom or outdoors on the car lot, you will be empowered to exceed customer expectations and contribute to our team's success.

Hiring Process & Application

We are looking for individuals who are ready to commit to our culture of servant leadership and teamwork. Candidates should possess a valid driver's license and have prior sales or customer service experience. While a high school diploma is required, we value diverse backgrounds and encourage applicants with experience in automotive, business, or related fields.
