As a Sales Professional, you will be the face of our dealership, responsible for selling new and used vehicles while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role exists to drive our business goals while delivering an enthusiastic customer experience that exceeds expectations. You will greet customers, determine their specific vehicle needs, and guide them through the entire purchasing journey—from explaining features and demonstrating operations to negotiating terms and finalizing paperwork.
Your day will involve engaging in business development, researching model availability, and addressing customer concerns with integrity and transparency. You will work both indoors and outdoors on the lot, interacting with customers and other departments to arrange delivery and registration. Success in this role requires a passion for winning and a commitment to maintaining our Core Values of teamwork, trust, respect, and accountability at all levels.

Candidates with prior sales or customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma are encouraged to apply.
