While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role. You will be responsible for driving clinical and procedural excellence in hernia disease management to achieve above-market growth in your assigned territory. This involves developing strategic account plans, fostering key customer relationships, executing robotic integration initiatives, and leveraging sales, education, and program initiatives to accelerate procedural adoption and market conversion.
