About the Role

As a Home Health Speech Therapist, you will partner with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, home health aides, and medical social workers. Together, these care teams work to help patients rehabilitate, recover, and regain their independence so they can live healthier and happier lives. Your work will focus on assessing and treating disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing, ensuring patients receive the support they need to thrive in their daily routines.
