About the Role
We are seeking a Specification Specialist to support our Pacific Northwest Region. In this position, you will serve as a critical bridge between project requirements and technical execution, ensuring that all specifications and Scopes of Work align with local building codes, industry standards, and Tremco's rigorous internal guidelines.
Your expertise will drive the selection of appropriate materials and systems, ensuring compliance with AIA MasterFormat, IBC, IECC, and specific standards such as NRCA and SPRI. You will work closely with Program Managers, Construction Managers, Sales teams, and Estimators to translate complex project scopes into clear, compliant, and actionable documentation. This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our specification development process while supporting company-wide goals.
