About the Role

This Construction Administrator position serves as a critical support function for the Project Manager within a family-owned company known for its great backlog and stable work environment. The role is designed to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects through meticulous administration and coordination.

You will be the central point for maintaining project plans, schedules, work hours, and budgets. Your day-to-day involves assembling and managing project logs, RFIs, plan updates, and schedules while documenting important actions and decisions. You will also manage the bid log, oversee material procurement, and track project documentation to identify and notify stakeholders of any plan changes. A key part of this role involves representing the company at client meetings and attending onsite or at construction sites as required.

This is a fully onsite position based in Wilmington, DE, supporting up to 40 hours of work per week. The position begins as a 6-month contract with the potential to transition into a full-time role.
