About the Role
The Sourcing Manager is instrumental in aligning sourcing strategies with business objectives to ensure long-term value creation. Reporting to the Sr. Mgr., Strategic Sourcing within the Supply Chain and Ops Excellence organization, this role drives cost efficiencies, improves supplier performance, and implements risk mitigation plans across the supply chain. You will serve as the department lead on cost and service improvement initiatives, working closely with sourcing associates and cross-functional teams to support business transformation goals. This position is based in Torrance, CA, and is eligible for a remote work arrangement.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or Logistics
- verifiedMinimum 5 years in Sourcing in Personal Care, Pharmaceutical industry or Consumer Packaged Goods industry
- verifiedExperience managing RFI/RFP workflow through to Supplier Business award and Contract Negotiation
- verifiedKnowledge and understanding of cost drivers and ability to apply within negotiations
Nice to Have
MBA; 2-3 years of Sourcing experience with Plastics and/or Contract Manufacturers; experience in Manufacturing Environments, Lean Thinking Principles, Operational Finance, Strategic Planning, and/or Logistics; 2 years of Project Management experience within a Supply Chain organization.
