About the Team
Boeing Global Services is seeking a Mid-Level Proposal Integrator to join the Vertical Lift Training team in Hazelwood, MO. This team is responsible for consolidating proposal inputs from the Training Systems teams, which handle the design, development, manufacture, maintenance, and courseware for a wide variety of helicopters.
About the Role
This position serves as the primary Engineering point of contact for proposal activities, bridging the gap between customer requirements and engineering execution. You will lead the proposal development lifecycle, from RFP to Baseline, leveraging existing technologies to resolve cross-functional issues. The role requires frequent interaction with customer partners and suppliers, with occasional travel to installation sites, suppliers, and other Boeing facilities.
