About the Role
As an Airfield Civil Discipline Lead in our Orlando, FL office, you will serve as the engineering discipline leader on airport projects. This role is designed for those ready to lead, develop, and deliver projects of varying sizes and complexity while initiating and maintaining client contact to assist the team in winning work.
You will have the opportunity to advance your career and professional development by directing and mentoring discipline associates and Project Managers in professional, technical, and operational best practices. Independently, you will direct the development and evaluation of engineering reports, plans, and specification criteria. Your day-to-day will involve supervising engineering design development, detailing, code analysis, construction document production, and construction administration. You will also coordinate with the project team, manage client communication, handle proposal coordination and marketing, and lead presentations.
