About the Role
We are seeking an IT Procurement Consultant to lead strategic sourcing initiatives for indirect spend categories within our Plano, TX operations. This 12+ month contract role is designed to optimize our procurement lifecycle, from developing multi-year strategies to executing complex negotiations with cross-functional stakeholders.
In this position, you will serve as a key partner in enhancing service delivery and mitigating risk. Your day-to-day will involve managing the full spectrum of sourcing activities, including leading RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes, and driving spend analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. You will be instrumental in negotiating pricing and contracts for diverse categories such as facilities management, IT, SaaS, software licensing, and professional services.
Work Environment & Schedule
This is a hybrid role based in Plano, Texas. The schedule requires onsite presence weekly on Tuesdays and as needed, with remote work available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. You will be expected to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with large, cross-functional, and global teams.

Requirements
