About the Role
The Senior Global Sourcing Manager, Indirect serves as the domain expert for Anduril Industries' indirect commodities, covering Software, Professional Services, Hardware, Capex, and Research & Development. This position is critical for developing new supplier partnerships that enhance both existing and new products, driving improvements in technology, cost, and quality.
You will act as the primary subject matter expert for sourcing analysis, renewals, and commercial negotiations. The role requires partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, IT, Finance, and Legal to define requirements, ensure compliance, and align procurement strategies with technical and business needs. Your work will directly support Anduril's rapid growth by establishing best-in-class commercial terms, managing complex pricing models, and building strategic supplier relationships that drive innovation and value creation.
