The Opportunity
CACI is making a significant impact in the intelligence community by modernizing Human Capital Management. We are bringing commercial HCM capabilities to federal customers, reimagining how organizations manage their people. This initiative involves replacing a 20+ year old legacy system by modernizing core technology, reducing interdependent systems, and introducing user self-service. As a PeopleSoft HRMS Application Developer, you will work with the newest capabilities within Oracle PeopleSoft over the course of a multi-year program. Discussions are already underway to include digital chatbots to help the customer do more with less as the technology matures.
About the Role
You will drive the technical solution design, development, deployment, and implementation covering all technical aspects of the PeopleSoft implementation lifecycle. Your work will involve providing hands-on technical solutions to business challenges, translating them into process and technical solutions, and utilizing PeopleTools and system design skills. You will collaborate with Requirements Analysts to understand user stories and deliver features each sprint, while analyzing the impacts of vendor-provided updates and upgrades. Additionally, you will work with the Product Owner to suggest novel approaches that minimize product customizations and provide production support by analyzing, designing, programming, and testing solutions to complex production problems.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or computer-related field (or equivalent experience)
- verified5 years experience in information systems implementation, change management, or application process redesign
- verified3 years technical development experience with PeopleSoft HRMS ERP including PeopleSoft 9.x
- verified5 years experience developing, prototyping, and testing solutions for information systems
- verified2 years experience with ORACLE and SQL commands
- verifiedTechnical development experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technology
- verifiedTechnical development experience implementing PeopleSoft
- verifiedCurrent and active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- verifiedWork onsite in Chantilly, VA
