As a Financial Aid IT Systems Analyst, you will serve as the critical bridge between technology and student success. This role is focused on utilizing campus technology resources to facilitate the administration of student financial aid, directly responsible for the proper operation of software processes that award and disburse over $110 million in federal, state, institutional, and private aid.
You will manage and maintain core financial aid processes within Campus Solutions, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance with federal and state laws. Your work will involve administering the financial aid module, supporting database integrations, and developing complex queries and reports. Beyond technical operations, you will act as a liaison to other CU financial aid offices, representing UCCS in system-wide decision-making meetings that impact university operations. You will also lead a team of student workers, guiding them in supporting the department's daily functions.
Priority will be given to applications submitted by May 26, 2026. Selected candidates can expect potential interview dates between June 1, 2026, and June 15, 2026, with a potential start date of July 1, 2026. Final candidates will be required to complete an Authorization to Release Information for a misconduct history check regarding previous institutions.
