About the Role
We are seeking a GTreasury System Administrator and Configuration Specialist to support the implementation and long-term ownership of our GTreasury SaaS platform. This role is critical during the implementation phase, where you will partner with Treasury, Accounting, and Technology stakeholders to configure and enable the solution. Upon go-live, you will transition into the primary application owner, ensuring the system's stability and evolution.
This position is best suited for a technically strong systems specialist with experience in SaaS platforms, integrations, and financial systems configuration. While direct Treasury domain experience is beneficial, it is not required for the right candidate.
Day in the Life
Your journey begins by collaborating with implementation teams and the GTreasury product team to configure core modules such as Cash Management, Payments, and Hedge Accounting. You will define and test file formats, interfaces, and data mappings between GTreasury, middleware platforms, and PeopleSoft (FIM). As the project moves toward launch, you will lead system testing cycles, resolve defects, and ensure alignment with security and compliance requirements like SOX.
Once the system goes live, your focus shifts to ownership and optimization. You will manage user access, roles, and ongoing enhancements while troubleshooting system issues and interface failures. Acting as the key bridge between Technology and the Treasury/Accounting teams, you will coordinate vendor support, oversee system upgrades, and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure data integrity and governance standards are met.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Direct experience configuring GTreasury or other Treasury Management Systems. Familiarity with PeopleSoft Financials (or similar ERP systems). Exposure to bank connectivity (SWIFT, APIs, host-to-host, payment files). Understanding of treasury operations (cash management, forecasting, payments, etc.). Experience working in SOX-controlled environments.
