CACI is making a significant impact in the intelligence community by modernizing Human Capital Management for federal customers. We are replacing a 20+ year old legacy system to reimagine how organizations manage their people. This initiative involves modernizing core technology, reducing the number of interdependent systems, and bringing user self-service to the customer.
As a PeopleSoft HRMS Application Developer, you will work with the newest capabilities within Oracle PeopleSoft over the course of a multi-year program. Discussions are currently underway to include digital chatbots to help the customer do more with less as the technology matures.

Experience applying broad management skills and specialized functional and technical expertise to lead information systems projects. Experience providing subject matter expertise in industry, process, or technology areas. Experience with design and process documentation. Experience with unit testing IT applications. Customer domain experience. Certified PeopleSoft training including PeopleTools I, PeopleTools II, PeopleCode, Workflow, Integration Broker, App Engine, Component Interface, PeopleSoft HRMS, PeopleSoft Portal, PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management, and PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management.
