About the Role
As the leader of the health care team, this Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures. The role is designed to demonstrate performance consistent with the Medical Center's Vision, Mission, and Strategic Plan. You will remain flexible to changing systems while ensuring quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice.

The role involves leading the team through the change process, solving problems with other departments, and ensuring optimal patient safety and comfort.
