About the Role

Inizio Engage has partnered with Alora Pharmaceuticals to identify a Specialty Territory Manager for a direct hire opportunity. This role is designed for a high-performing individual to join a high-growth organization focused on advancing patient care. The Specialty Territory Manager will serve as a key partner to healthcare providers, promoting Relexxii and additional ADHD products within a defined territory. The position requires delivering clinically relevant product education and value-based messaging while building strong, long-term relationships with Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Primary Care providers. Success in this role involves developing and executing a strategic territory business plan, utilizing data and insights to drive performance, and navigating prior authorization and pharmacy pull-through processes to ensure seamless patient access.
