The Primary Care Sales Representative serves as a strategic partner to high-value primary care physicians, family medicine specialists, internal medicine providers, and pediatricians within an assigned geography. The core mission of this position is to drive the adoption and prescription growth of ZORYVE, a non-steroidal topical option designed for patients suffering from plaque psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and seborrheic dermatitis.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between primary care and dermatology by educating providers on identifying and managing inflammatory skin conditions that have historically been referred out. You will execute the brand strategy by delivering compelling, compliant clinical presentations that articulate ZORYVE's efficacy, safety, mechanism of action, and place in therapy. Beyond clinical education, you will navigate complex payer dynamics, formulary status, and patient access programs to ensure seamless coverage and fulfillment for patients.
Success in this position requires building durable, trust-based relationships with healthcare providers and office staff while collaborating cross-functionally with the dermatology field team, market access specialists, medical science liaisons, and marketing. You will operate with the highest level of integrity, ensuring all activities align with Arcutis policies and applicable regulations such as the PDMA, OIG, and PhRMA Code.
