The Territory Business Manager serves as a vital link between Organon and the dermatology community within a defined territory covering Manhattan, the Bronx, and lower West Chester, NY. Reporting to the District Business Manager, this role is designed to drive product awareness and utilization while achieving and exceeding sales initiatives.
In this position, you will partner with physicians, healthcare staff, and internal colleagues to deliver clinically relevant information and expand product demand. The role requires a strategic mindset to navigate a changing healthcare environment, utilizing critical thinking to gain access to customers and prioritize opportunities based on the marketplace and reimbursement landscape. You will engage in patient-focused clinical dialogues to ensure outstanding customer service through total account management, representing the company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner at all times.
