About the Style Consultant Role
The Style Consultant team is dedicated to meeting guests where they are at, delivering for them through strong operations, incredible guest experiences, and compelling visual merchandising presentations. This role is about bringing the energy of style to life with in-store presentations that enable quick and easy self-discovery.
No two days are ever the same, but a typical day involves ensuring the sales floor is set full with the right product, accurately priced, and signed with the right sizes, styles, and colors. You will be welcoming and helpful in meeting guest needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room, creating a guest-ready environment that inspires shoppers and builds their basket.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSet, fill, and price the sales floor to ensure product availability and accurate pricing
- check_circleSort truck freight and push merchandise to the sales floor based on business needs
- check_circleMaintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests
- check_circleSupport price change processes by executing clearance merchandising and signing execution
- check_circleMaintain fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests with their needs
- check_circleWork merchandise from the fitting room and guest service back to the sales floor
- check_circleGreet guests and engage with them in a welcoming way to solve specific needs
- check_circleOperate handheld scanners and communicate on multiple frequency devices as directed
- check_circleClimb ladders and safely lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- check_circleRemerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience
