About the Style Team

Our Style team is a group of consultants who understand what it means to meet guests where they are at. We deliver for them through strong operations, incredible guest experiences, and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. We are passionate about bringing the energy of style to life with in-store presentations that enable quick and easy self-discovery.

The Role of a Style Consultant

As a Style Consultant, no two days are ever the same. You will be the welcoming face of our brand on the sales floor and in the fitting room. Your mission is to ensure the floor is set full with the right product, accurately priced, and signed with the right sizes, styles, and colors. You will drive sales by executing visual standards and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.

A typical day involves sorting freight, pushing merchandise to the sales floor, and maintaining backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests. You will set visual presentations to support the guest experience, remerchandise displays as they sell through, and support fulfillment needs like order pickup and drive-up. Whether you are greeting guests, helping them find the perfect fit, or ensuring a safe and compliant environment, you will create a welcoming experience that makes guests happy they chose to shop at Target.
