The Role of a Style Consultant
As a Style Consultant, no two days are ever the same. You will be the welcoming face of our fashion department, ensuring the sales floor is set full with the right product, accurately priced, and signed with the right sizes, styles, and colors. Your mission is to meet guest needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room, creating a guest-ready environment that drives sales and delivers an inspiring shopping experience.
A typical day involves driving sales by executing visual standards, managing inventory, and leveraging store tools to solve guest needs. You will sort freight, push merchandise to the floor, and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and fulfillment. Beyond merchandising, you will maintain fitting rooms as opportunities to welcome and inspire guests, while supporting other guest services like order pickup and drive-up. You will always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance, ensuring a safe environment for both team members and guests.
