Walmart is the U.S.'s largest private employer, operating with a vision of "everyone included." We aim to create a culture where every associate feels valued for who they are and is rooted in respect for the individual. Our goal is to foster a sense of belonging, create opportunities for all our associates, customers, and suppliers, and be a Walmart for everyone. Approximately 90% of the U.S. population lives within 10 miles of a Walmart or Sam's Club, and our associates reflect the makeup of all of America, as well as the 18 other countries where we operate.
As a Specialty Equipment (Food Technician), you will join a dynamic team dedicated to the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our retail stores. You will be part of a team that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence. Your expertise will make a real impact by reducing maintenance expenses, ensuring food safety, and training store associates on proper equipment care. You will utilize multiple craft skills—including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and material handling equipment maintenance—to respond to emergency calls, complete work orders, and keep our stores running efficiently.
To apply, please submit your application through our official channels. During the interview process, candidates will be evaluated on their technical expertise, adaptability, and alignment with our core values. Additional bonus opportunities for this role will be disclosed during the interview phase.
