About the Role

In this fast-paced and welcoming environment, you will execute routine maintenance tasks to uphold the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our stores, equipment, and fixtures. Operating under the supervision of the local General Maintenance Manager, you will adhere to established maintenance schedules and guidelines, conducting inspections, cleaning, and repairs.

Your day will involve utilizing multiple craft skills—including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and material handling equipment maintenance—to maintain and repair facilities and assets. You will use the work order management system to receive reactive repair requests, provide prompt responses to emergency maintenance calls, and inspect or test equipment to diagnose issues. A key part of your impact involves training Store Associates on equipment care and cleaning to reduce misuse and damage, ensuring food safety by limiting the risk of cross-contamination in food production areas.

You will service a wide array of equipment, including combi ovens, deli slicers, fryers, ice makers, and grease and oil systems. Success in this role means ensuring the safety and proper functionality of all serviced equipment while driving efficiency through effective preventative maintenance.
