About the Role

As a Specialty Equipment (Food Technician), you will join a local and regional team dedicated to the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our retail stores. Operating under the supervision of the General Maintenance Manager, you will execute routine maintenance tasks to uphold the standards of our facilities and equipment. This role is vital to ensuring our stores run smoothly, allowing our associates to focus on serving customers with quality food and goods at everyday low prices.

In this fast-paced and welcoming environment, you will utilize multiple craft skills—including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and material handling equipment maintenance—to repair and maintain a wide array of commercial food equipment. From combi ovens and deli slicers to grease and oil systems, your expertise will directly impact operational efficiency and food safety. You will also play a key role in training Store Associates on proper equipment care and cleaning, helping to reduce misuse and damage while ensuring a safe environment for everyone.
