This position serves as a strategic liaison between clinical, technical, and administrative teams, dedicated to the deployment and integration of clinical programs, technologies, and workflows. The role exists to ensure that implementation efforts align with regulatory requirements and organizational goals while supporting patient care and operational efficiency. You will act as a subject matter expert, translating complex requirements and feedback to facilitate seamless integration of solutions that fit existing workflows.
You will partner with clinicians, administrators, and IT teams to plan and execute clinical system implementations, developing detailed timelines and milestones. A significant portion of your time will be spent ensuring compliance with clinical standards and organizational policies while troubleshooting technical issues to provide practical solutions. You will collect and analyze data to measure program effectiveness, identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements to optimize system performance. Whether addressing questions from clinical teams or delivering post-implementation support, your focus remains on maintaining system functionality and driving continuous improvement.

Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Professional in Healthcare Management (CPHM), Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), or other health care or management certification. Familiarity with change management principles and process improvement methodologies. Experience creating executive summaries and decks as well as comfort presenting to varying stakeholders and audiences, including executive leadership. Leadership and change management experience. Medicaid/Medicare/Duals population experience. Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
