About the Role

The Sales Administrative Assistant serves as a vital support pillar for the Sales team, ensuring smooth operations in a high-volume setting. This role is designed for a personable and organized individual who can effectively plan, prioritize, and demonstrate exceptional follow-up skills. You will be the first point of contact for many communications, requiring you to be courteous, persuasive, and always professional.

In this position, you will manage essential systems and clerical duties, including answering phones, preparing event menus, and handling paperwork for various meetings. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve processing accounting information, such as month-end commissions, and assisting with Triple Seat reports to update revenue data weekly. You will also be responsible for closing out events in Triple Seat once they have concluded. Success in this role requires a strong emphasis on math skills for accounting assistance, experience in database organization, and a basic understanding of legal contract language.

Hiring Process

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older and possess a High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field. Candidates should demonstrate solid written and verbal communication skills in English and possess a polished appearance and demeanor. Proficiency in computer software including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint is required, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
