This service is delivered flawlessly by a team of gracious hosts that combine classic sophistication and modern sensibility, as well as our signature Butler Service.
In joining St. Regis, you join a portfolio of brands with Marriott International. Be where you can do your best work, begin your purpose, belong to an amazing global team, and become the best version of you.
This summer seasonal position at The St. Regis Aspen Resort serves as the welcoming face of our spa, ensuring guests feel immediately at ease upon arrival. You will provide general spa orientation, guiding guests to locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations while offering amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows. Your day will involve anticipating and addressing guests' service needs with genuine appreciation, answering questions about general property information, and escorting guests to and from treatment rooms.
Beyond guest interaction, you will maintain the pristine environment of the spa by ensuring the cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, locker rooms, and lounge areas. You will manage inventory by stocking towels, linens, supplies, and amenities, and secure equipment at the end of each shift. This role requires a proactive approach to safety and operations, including checking the computer for schedule updates, disposing of trash and linens properly, and reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager.
At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity. We actively foster an environment where the unique backgrounds of our associates are valued and celebrated. Our greatest strength lies in the rich blend of culture, talent, and experiences of our associates.
