This position serves as a vital support to the Outlet Manager in the planning and management of the Restaurant, Room Service, and other food and beverage outlets. The role exists to ensure customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with corporate, franchise, and regulatory standards while meeting financial goals. You will act as a bridge between management and the front line, monitoring service standards, supervising guest interactions, and maintaining the operational readiness of the dining floor.
