About the Role
Break Time Sales Associates are the energetic face of our convenience stores, dedicated to the belief that it only takes a moment to make a customer's day better. In this role, you will assist customers, process sales transactions, and perform essential operational and food preparation duties to keep the store clean, well-stocked, and running efficiently.
You will be the first point of contact for shoppers, greeting them with a friendly demeanor and providing fast, courteous service. Your day involves a dynamic mix of tasks: from handling accurate transactions and suggesting new products to maintaining store cleanliness and executing food service programs. Whether you are managing the cooler, operating kitchen equipment like ovens and fryers, or utilizing point-of-sale systems, your goal is to ensure a seamless experience for every visitor.
As a team member, you will work closely with management and fellow associates to adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations. You may also have the opportunity to help train new employees and participate in loss control functions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the variety of retail and food service operations.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must be 18 years of age or older and possess reliable transportation. The application process includes a successful pre-employment background check and drug test. Selected candidates will also be required to attend food safety training to obtain a Food Handler's Card or equivalent certification.
