You will join our team to assist the Private Event Manager and Sales Manager in ensuring that large parties, events, and special occasions are successfully planned, set up, and executed to our high standards and guest expectations. This role is pivotal in capturing event specifics, managing inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to deliver seamless experiences.
In this position, you will work closely with guests to define menus, pricing, AV requirements, and room layouts. You will also be responsible for distributing timely information to the appropriate departments, following up on functions with thank you communications, and maintaining organized systems to track repeat business. The role offers opportunities to participate in the Captain Program, working events across both of our locations, and to contribute to marketing efforts through social media, print ads, and web campaigns.
