We are a small, close-knit franchise seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with our General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations. This role is designed for a self-motivated, organized, and hardworking individual who is eager to grow with our company while enjoying the work environment.
As a key leader within a team of 10-15 people, you will play a vital role in fostering team building and maintaining high standards of service. The position requires a blend of operational management and hands-on product delivery, ensuring that every customer receives an outstanding experience. You will be expected to work across various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- verifiedMinimum of 2 years in food industry preferred
- verifiedMinimum of 2 years of management skills preferred
- verifiedA minimum age of 19 years
- verifiedMinimum 2 years of driving experience required
- verifiedMust have approved Vehicle Insurance that covers Delivery Drivers
- verifiedMust be able to provide MVR from DMV
- verifiedFood Handlers Licenses preferred
Nice to Have
Food Handlers License, Basic Computer skills (Word and Excel), High School Diploma or Equivalent, Minimum of 2 years in food industry, Minimum of 2 years of management skills
