We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join a prestigious Private Club located within a Forbes 5 Star Resort in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This hands-on leadership role is designed to elevate the culinary experience for our members, blending modern coastal cuisine with the refined atmosphere of a luxury country club.
In this position, you will manage all aspects of the kitchen, overseeing a team of 10 to ensure quality and consistency in food preparation, presentation, and customer service. You will be responsible for the 160-seat indoor Club Lounge, the 200-seat outdoor area, and all private banquet events and club functions. A key part of your day will involve engaging directly with members to deliver memorable dining experiences, conducting tastings for events, and collaborating with the entire team to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
