About the Role

The Sourcing Specialist - CapEx, Equipment is a senior individual contributor responsible for executing mid-complexity and select low-complexity sourcing projects end-to-end within the Sourcing Center of Excellence (SCoE). This role specializes in Capital Expenditure (CapEx) equipment, delivering disciplined sourcing execution, a strong stakeholder experience, and governance-compliant outcomes. While this position does not own category strategy, capital planning, or people management, it serves as the primary execution point of contact for equipment stakeholders and suppliers during sourcing events.

You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Lab, and Facilities stakeholders, as well as Equipment suppliers and OEMs, to ensure that all phases of project development are documented and that information is effectively transferred to other functional areas. The role requires embedding risk awareness into sourcing execution, including supplier capability, delivery risk, and commercial exposure, while supporting post-award activities like supplier onboarding.
