About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel for our Denver office to partner with project teams and leadership. This role is ideal for an attorney who values close collaboration, independent judgment, and contributing to our mission. You will support commercial contracting, technology transactions, risk management, and other legal needs, exercising independent judgment to deliver clear, practical recommendations with minimal oversight.
In this position, you will navigate the intersection of law and engineering, advising on technology matters such as software licensing, AI/machine learning tools, data use, and intellectual property. You will partner with business stakeholders to align contracts with company strategy while effectively managing legal risk, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal requirements.
