About the Role
The Director of Legal Services serves as a strategic, hands-on leader and the organization's principal legal advisor. In this capacity, you will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, shaping and executing legal strategy across contracts, labor and employment, compliance, real estate, and enterprise initiatives. Your mission is to balance risk management with business enablement, translating evolving legal and regulatory requirements into practical, actionable solutions.
You will lead complex litigation and regulatory matters, guide executives through high-stakes decisions, and drive long-term initiatives that strengthen compliance and operational excellence. As a department leader, you will build and develop high-performing legal talent, design scalable systems and processes, and actively advance equity, inclusion, and community engagement within the organization.
