The Customer Welcome Centers (CWCs) serve as the epicenter of HP's Executive Engagement Strategy. Based in Austin, our Customer Experience Program offers a unique opportunity to join a highly visible team that represents one of the world's leading IT companies to its most valuable customers and partners. We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and confident self-starter to lead our Customer Experience efforts onsite in Austin. This role acts as the bridge between HP's technical portfolio—including Hybrid Systems, Personal Systems, Print, and Video Conferencing—and our most critical stakeholders. You will work closely with sales, product, marketing, and executive teams, including the C-suite, to deliver exemplary support for senior-level sales meetings.
In this position, you will plan, manage, and facilitate executive briefings and general sessions from initial request through post-event follow-up. You will act as a technical advisor, leading discovery and agenda planning to ensure every step aligns with customer priorities and HP's solution capabilities. Your day-to-day involves translating ITDM requirements into tailored technical solutions and demo paths, hosting immersive product deep dives, and leading technical tours at the Austin CWC.
Beyond event execution, you will monitor the CWC's KPIs, execute traffic programs, and contribute to complex projects. You will be responsible for capturing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of the CWC experience, ensuring that content remains relevant, engaging, and informative in line with industry trends and HP's evolving strategy.
