The Customer Welcome Centers (CWCs) serve as the epicenter of HP's Executive Engagement Strategy. As a highly visible role, this position represents one of the world's leading IT companies to its most valuable customers and partners through a robust and diverse executive briefing program. The role is based onsite in Austin and offers a unique opportunity to join the Customer Experience team, providing full exposure to exciting technologies and innovative businesses at HP Inc.
The Solution Experience Lead acts as an energetic, confident self-starter who is detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills. You will work closely with sales, product/solution teams, marketing, and executive teams across the company, including the C-suite, to provide exemplary support and organization around critical senior-level sales meetings.
In this capacity, you will plan, manage, and facilitate executive briefings, general sessions, and presentations from initial request to post-event follow-up. You will design and customize the customer experience journey based on account-specific needs, lead discovery and agenda planning as a technical advisor, and host product deep dives and immersive technical tours during customer visits. Between customer events, you will monitor the CWC's KPIs, execute traffic programs, and contribute to complex projects.
An ideal candidate will hold mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter related to HP's technical portfolio, including Hybrid Systems, Personal Systems, Print, and Video Conferencing, Solutions and Services, or has demonstrated the ability to master similar topics. You will be responsible for translating ITDM requirements into tailored technical solutions and demo paths that make value tangible, while capturing customer feedback to continuously improve the CWC experience.
