About the Role
The Product Development Partner leads the development and management of a high-impact portfolio of Medicare products within the government programs division at Select Health. This role is pivotal in driving the success of Medicare offerings across multiple states and market geographies, with projected annual revenue exceeding $400 million.
You will serve as the strategic bridge between clinical, compliance, operations, and sales teams. Your mission is to ensure products not only meet rigorous regulatory requirements but also deliver exceptional value to members while achieving critical business objectives. From identifying market opportunities and shaping product features to monitoring financial performance, you will guide the entire product lifecycle—from market intelligence and conceptualization to launch, growth, and retirement.

Location & Work Model
This is a hybrid role based in Murray, Utah. While we value flexibility, this position requires travel to areas where Intermountain conducts business. We welcome candidates who live in or are willing to relocate to Utah, Idaho, Nevada, or Colorado. Please note that we are not currently hiring remote workers in California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Washington.

Select Health is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Ten years of experience in health care, health insurance, managed care, employee health benefits management or self-insured plan administration; At least five years of experience related to assigned products (product development, product management, project management, service line management, network development, strategic planning, marketing, and/or business development); Demonstrated understanding of actuarial pricing models, underwriting practices, risk management/mitigation/avoidance strategies, adverse selection, provider payment arrangements, multi-channel insurance product distribution; Experience driving organic growth through product and product initiatives; and Knowledge of Medicare Advantage products preferred.
