Laird Technologies, a Qnity business, is home to the Thermal Management organization. This team is responsible for delivering thermal solutions across various markets, including aerospace & defense, automotive, consumer, datacenter, industrial, and telecom/datacom segments. Our portfolio includes a broad set of Thermal Interface Materials (TIMs), ranging from liquid dispensed and sheet-based gap fillers to thermal greases, gels, phase change materials, and electrically insulating films.
This North American Regional Product Manager role within the Thermal Management team serves as a driving force for meeting regional growth, profitability, and return on asset objectives. You will hold primary global responsibility for developing strategic plans for your assigned product portfolio, integrating these plans with global, regional, and functional strategies, and securing necessary approvals for human and financial resources.
In this position, you will balance regional responsibilities for North America with global oversight of a specific product form factor. You will act as the bridge connecting customer needs to the key performance properties of developing products, partnering with R&D to execute the new product development pipeline. Your day-to-day will involve driving strategic planning projects, including go-to-market strategies and product rationalization, while collaborating with the Communications team to maintain effective marketing collateral and sales tools. You will also monitor new business opportunities, manage pricing and cost improvement projects, and develop business cases for capability builds in areas like application engineering and test development.
