The Outside Sales Representative serves as the primary face of FloWorks in the field, driving revenue growth through regular in-person customer engagement. This role exists to bridge the gap between our extensive product portfolio and the evolving needs of our clients in core and emerging industries. You will be responsible for promoting and selling FloWorks services to meet sales targets, leveraging deep knowledge of our product line to identify opportunities for expansion.
Your day-to-day involves managing a sales territory by prospecting for new accounts, retaining existing relationships, and increasing opportunities with current customers. You will conduct on-site visits to understand customer needs, coordinate order execution, and resolve service issues in partnership with vendors and internal teams. For roles supporting specialized technical markets, such as semiconductor fabrication or cleanroom environments, you will engage directly with equipment and process engineers to promote engineered solutions and navigate complex sales cycles.
