About the Role
We are currently hiring Soldering Assemblers for a locally owned manufacturer in the medical device industry located in Aloha, OR. This hands-on production role is focused on precision and quality, requiring candidates to perform detailed soldering work using through-hole techniques. The position involves preparing cables, assembling wires and piezoelectric ceramic wafers (crystals), and constructing circuit boards and electrical assemblies based on blueprints and schematics.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position on the first shift, running Monday through Friday from 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM. The role involves repetitive tasks and requires sitting for the duration of the 8-hour shift. Success in this position requires extensive fine detailed soldering skills, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
