As an Assembler on our 2nd Shift in Oldsmar, FL, you will be the backbone of our production line, performing a diverse range of tasks from repetitive to complex non-repetitive assembly operations. You will work with electronic and mechanical assemblies, including modules, boards, panels, and cables, translating diagrams and drawings into tangible products. This role is critical for ensuring the integrity of our aerospace and electronics manufacturing processes, requiring a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Your day will involve utilizing hand and power tools, jigs, and saws to construct and modify prototypes and production units. You will conduct continuity checks and quality inspections to ensure every component meets strict specifications. Whether you are soldering Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), operating specialized machinery like wave solderers, or performing delicate assembly under a microscope, your work directly impacts the reliability of our final products. You will also participate in meetings to prioritize work and collaborate with the team to drive process improvements.

Experience in the Manufacturing of Aircraft Instruments or Electronics. IPC-610 certification. Past or present IPC certification. Previous OEM or EMS industry experience.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
