About the Role
Our client, a large defense contractor, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing/Production Operator for their Scottsdale, AZ facility. This 3rd Shift position is designed for individuals ready to tackle complex project tasks within a high-stakes environment. You will move beyond repetitive assembly to engage in non-repetitive production operations on electronic and mechanical subassemblies, including modules, boards, panels, and cable harnesses.
In this role, you will interpret basic schematics and drawings to execute wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing. Your responsibilities include integrating sub-assemblies into final hardware, performing final assembly of small systems, conducting basic electrical tests, and handling complex rework and refurbishment of hardware and systems.

Requirements
