About the Role
As an SMT Operator in our Production department, you will assist in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards and product assemblies. You will work within a small team to perform the assembly of electronic components, handling preparation, placement, and installation using our modern SMT line. This line features a Speedprint 710 stencil printer, Europlacer iiNEO+ pick and place machine, BTU reflow oven, and Omron 730 AOI machine, supporting a high-mix run of low to medium-sized production batches.
Your day will involve programming and maintaining the SMT assembly line, operating equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures, and performing manual assembly tasks including complex part installations, hand soldering, inspection, and rework. You will interface with engineering and purchasing teams, ensuring all work meets IPC workmanship standards and engineering specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and the capacity to work in a clean room and ESD-safe environment.

Requirements
