About the Role
We are seeking an entry-level Avionics Technician to join our team in Indianapolis. In this role, you will be the primary team member responsible for evaluating, troubleshooting, and repairing avionic equipment in strict accordance with INAir procedures and FAA requirements. Your work ensures that reliable, fully tested units are returned to our customers.
You will perform the full lifecycle of repair work, including disassembly, assembly, component replacement on circuit cards, and comprehensive testing. While this is an entry-level position, we provide the necessary training to ensure you achieve full competency. You will learn to proficiently use a variety of tools, equipment, and inspection aids, gaining a deep understanding of the manufacturing maintenance specifications required to execute repairs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- verifiedKnowledge of Electrical Circuits (analog / digital preferred)
