We are seeking a dual-capability professional to serve as a Flying Aviation Maintenance Technician and Flight Attendant/Loadmaster. This unique position supports FAA Part 135 flight rules, ensuring the safe transport of passengers and cargo for government contracts. The role is critical to OCONUS (Outside Continental United States) operations, where you will provide essential passenger and cargo transport, casualty evacuation, and aerial delivery support in austere environments.
As the incumbent, you will bridge the gap between technical maintenance and flight operations. You will perform maintenance on assigned fixed-wing turboprop aircraft while simultaneously fulfilling Flight Attendant and Loadmaster duties. This includes managing passenger safety, overseeing cargo loading and weight distribution, and executing aerial delivery tasks such as airdrop door bundles and military free-fall personnel drops. You will work closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician and the company's support team stateside to troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, and ensure airworthiness in challenging field conditions.

At least three years of experience in maintaining aircraft under FAA part 135 program. At least one year of Government contracting experience in OCONUS austere environments/locations. DOD Aircraft Loadmaster Experience or Equivalent Civilian Training. Undergraduate degree. Holds a current and active U.S. Security clearance at the Secret level. Experience in aerial delivery. Experience using NVG in an aviation environment.
