As a Production/Technical Trainer at our Fort Walton Beach site, you will lead the development and delivery of on-the-job training for production assemblers and technicians. You will drive the training lifecycle by developing, maintaining, and updating training plans based on supervisor input, while evaluating their effectiveness to ensure operational readiness.
This role is integral to our mission of maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant workforce. You will coordinate classroom training, monitor trainee progress, and provide feedback to leadership on efficiency and qualifications. Your day-to-day involves ensuring new hires and transfers complete their training plans, executing cross-training initiatives aligned with Value Stream goals, and retraining associates to meet efficiency standards. You will also uphold a safe work environment by ensuring all associates adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
This position is based at our Fort Walton Beach, FL site. Hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, operating on a 9/80 schedule.
