About the Role
The Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit provides a safe, therapeutic environment for adults experiencing a mental health crisis. During each patient’s stay, our team focuses on rapid stabilization, with the goal of helping individuals transition safely and efficiently back to their home community or to a less-intensive level of care.
We are seeking a licensed social worker or counselor to provide mental health services to adults in crisis. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans. This role involves conducting psychosocial assessments and delivering both individual and group therapy sessions. As a member of the team, you will participate in treatment rounds, assist with case management needs, and coordinate aftercare planning to support established treatment goals.
